What We Do
A beautiful interface that nobody can use is not a design success. Most digital products fail because teams design from assumptions rather than evidence. Real UI/UX design starts with users: who they are, what they need, where they get confused, and why they abandon the task. We conduct user research, build wireframes that test information architecture before visual design begins, create interactive prototypes, run usability tests, and deliver a production-ready Figma design system your development team can implement without ambiguity.
The goal is not an award-winning screenshot. The goal is a product that people understand, trust, and return to. Running Start Digital designs digital products that are intuitive by intent, not by accident.
How We Work
Discovery comes first. We interview your users or analyze existing behavior data to understand how people actually use your product, not how you imagine they do. From that research we define user flows and information architecture. Wireframes follow, starting low-fidelity so structure decisions can be made quickly before visual polish locks them in. We test wireframes with real users to validate navigation and layout before a single pixel of high-fidelity design is created.
Once structure is confirmed, we build the visual interface and component library in Figma. Every component is documented with interactive states, accessibility notes, and spacing specs. Your developers get a design system they can implement directly, not a static mockup they have to interpret. Handoff includes Figma source files, an asset export, and a walkthrough session.
