What We Do
Documents scattered across shared drives, email inboxes, and personal computers are a liability. A contract that cannot be found when a dispute arises, a policy document that may or may not be the current version, a compliance record that auditors need immediately: these are not hypothetical problems. They are the daily reality of businesses that have not built a systematic approach to document management.
We build systems that organize every document your business creates and receives, make them searchable by content rather than file name, enforce version control so teams always work from the current draft, restrict access by role, and route documents through approval workflows automatically. Everything findable. Everything auditable.
How We Work
We begin with a document audit: what types of documents your business produces and receives, how they are currently stored, who needs access to what, and what workflows currently surround document creation, review, and approval. That audit produces a taxonomy and folder structure that reflects how your team actually thinks about documents, not a generic template. Migration scripts move your existing files into the new system while applying classification tags. Access controls are configured by department, role, and document sensitivity.
Version control is enabled automatically on every document type. Workflow automation is configured for the approval chains your most common document types require: contract review, policy updates, compliance filings, and any others. Full-text search is indexed across all document types including scanned PDFs using OCR.
