What We Do
Calendly and Acuity work fine for one person booking 30-minute calls. They break down when your scheduling involves multiple resource types, complex availability rules, or business logic that no template can handle. A med spa where certain treatments require specific rooms and certified staff. A construction company where site visits depend on crew availability, equipment, and travel time.
A fitness studio where class capacity, instructor certifications, and membership tiers all constrain who can book what. Custom booking and scheduling systems handle that complexity. Real-time availability that reflects your actual constraints, instant confirmation, automated reminders, payment collection at the time of booking, and a white-label experience that looks like your brand, not someone else's platform.
How We Work
We begin by documenting the scheduling rules that make your business different from a simple calendar: which staff can handle which service types, what certifications or equipment each service requires, what buffer time is needed between appointments (including travel or room turnover), how far in advance customers can book, and how payment and deposits are collected. These rules become the configuration layer of the booking system. The customer-facing booking interface presents real-time availability filtered by all of those constraints and guides customers through selecting their service, staff member, and time without requiring them to call. Integrated payment through Stripe handles deposits, full payments, or pay-later options with automated cancellation and refund policy enforcement.
Admin interfaces give your staff visibility into the full schedule, manual override when needed, and reporting on booking patterns, utilization rates, and no-show trends. Calendar integrations sync confirmed bookings to every staff member's personal calendar automatically. The entire experience is white-labeled to your brand.
