How We Work

We implement observability at every step so you can see what the agent did, why it made each decision, and what the outcome was. Testing covers both the happy path and the edge cases that cause problems in manual processes. We deploy incrementally, starting with the agent handling the most routine cases under human oversight, then expanding autonomy as confidence builds.
