How It Works

A no-code automation platform connects to the apps a business already uses: a website form tool, an email platform, a CRM, a calendar, a project management tool. When something happens in one app, the automation platform can trigger an action in another. A form submission in Typeform can automatically create a contact in a CRM, send a confirmation email via Gmail, and create a task in Asana, all without any code. The user builds this by choosing triggers and actions from menus and connecting them visually.

Why It Matters

The technical barrier to automation used to be high. Connecting software systems required developers and custom integrations. No-code platforms have made it practical for a business owner or office manager with no technical background to build functional automations in an afternoon. The main cost is time to design and test the workflow, not ongoing engineering effort. This puts automation within reach for businesses that could not previously afford custom software.
