How We Work
Onboarding starts with a complete infrastructure audit. We review your current hosting configuration, backup status, SSL setup, and dependency versions. Any critical vulnerabilities are addressed before we accept responsibility for the site. From there, we migrate hosting if needed, configure monitoring agents, and set up automated backup jobs with tested restore procedures. Monitoring covers uptime, SSL expiry, server resource usage, and error rate spikes.
Alerts route to our on-call system immediately. Security patching follows a documented schedule: critical patches applied within 24 hours, non-critical patches batched monthly with change notifications. Every month you receive a report covering uptime percentage, any incidents and how they were resolved, security patches applied, and current performance metrics. Updates to CMS platforms and plugins are tested in a staging environment before being pushed to production. We do not push updates live without verifying they do not break anything.
