AI consulting that ends in a report and a bill is not consulting. It is research you paid for. Every Running Start Digital engagement ends with deployed technology and operational processes that the Beverly business owner can run without us.
Assessment. We spend time with your team understanding where time is lost, where errors occur, where revenue is being missed, and where the business has data assets that are not being used. For a Beverly business, this typically means mapping the customer communication workflows, the scheduling and job management systems, the marketing and referral tracking, and the financial reporting that drives decisions. We identify three to five AI opportunities, ranked by impact and implementation complexity.
Prioritization. Not every AI opportunity is worth pursuing at the same time. We present the assessment findings with specific ROI projections for each opportunity and a recommended implementation sequence. A Beverly dental practice might have six possible AI projects. We recommend starting with the one that generates the most value with the least disruption to the patient experience, and building from there.
Implementation. We build and deploy the AI tools identified in the priority plan. This is not setup and hand-off. Ongoing advisory. AI tools evolve and business needs change.
