How it works
Any task that happens on a trigger and follows a consistent pattern: a new lead comes in, an estimate gets sent, a job gets completed, a review request needs to go out. If it happens the same way every time, we can automate it.
We build on whatever you already use. Most builds use a combination of Zapier, Make, or n8n for workflow logic, plus your existing CRM, email platform, and calendar tool. We don't push new software unless it solves something specific.
Zapier breaks for two reasons: the workflow was too complex for a single Zap, or nobody set up error handling. We build with error alerts and fallbacks so you know when something fails before it becomes a problem.
Most Small Business Automation projects take 4 to 6 weeks from kickoff. Workflow documentation and scoping take the first week, then 3 to 5 weeks of building and testing.
We scope the first 3 as a defined project. Additional automations can be added as separate builds at a fixed price per workflow, or you can do ongoing support to expand the system over time.
